Hi, I’m Lotachi, and I’ve spent over 15 years helping women just like you embrace their true selves and transform their lives through self-care. I know what it’s like to struggle with maintaining a consistent self-care practice. In the past, I felt the pressure to do the popular self-care activities you see in the media, like going to the spa, shopping, and grand vacations, but found it challenging to make those things happen and kind of like a failure for not being able to.

It took me some time to truly understand what self-care means and to discover the power of radical self-care. This journey taught me that self-care isn’t about occasional indulgences but about consistent, meaningful practices that nurture our mind, body, and spirit. Through radical self-care, I learned to accept my self-worth, reclaim my confidence, and heal from burnout. Now, I am dedicated to guiding other women on this transformative path.
